Your content is usually processed and ready for your assistant to use within 24 to 48 hours. The exact time depends on your subscription plan and how much data you're adding — larger uploads naturally take a little longer to prepare.

How do the daily and monthly limits work together?

Whichever limit you reach first applies. If you hit your daily limit, you can't add more files or videos until the next day; if you hit your monthly limit, you'll need to wait for your next billing cycle — even when the other limit still has room to spare.

Is the monthly limit based on the calendar month or my subscription?

It follows your subscription cycle, not the calendar month — your monthly allowance resets on your renewal date each billing period.

What if I reach my monthly limit and need to add more?

Upgrade your plan any time from your dashboard, and the new plan's higher limits apply straight away — so you can keep adding content without waiting for your cycle to reset.

If I delete content, do I get that quota back?

It depends on the content's status. If a file or video is still queued or hasn't finished processing, deleting it returns that quota to you. But once it's been fully processed, deleting it only removes it from storage — your assistant stops citing that source, though the quota it used isn't refunded.
